Overview
HUXI LED Top-mounted Stirrer (model: RWD150E/20030089) is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. It adopts top-mounted design, which can handle high load, long-term continuous work, and has automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure experimental safety. Mainly used in chemical synthesis, physical and chemical analysis, petrochemical, cosmetics, health products, food, biotechnology and other fields.
Features
1. LED screen display, Rotation speed can be coarse and fine-tuned, and Rotation speed can also be adjusted during the operation of the instrument.

Principle
The device drives the Impeller swirl/spin through a motor to mix medium and high viscosity liquids in the container. Its motor has a soft start function, which can smoothly accelerate and prevent liquid splashing. The instrument controls the Impeller Rotation speed through stepless speed regulation to adapt to the mixing needs of liquids of different viscosity and provides stable torque output during operation.

Steps
According to the characteristics of the liquid to be mixed, select the appropriate Impeller and install it to the drill chuck (clamping diameter range 0.5 to 10mm).
2. Insert the stirring rod through the penetration hole at the bottom of the instrument and adjust it to a suitable height without adjusting the overall installation height of the instrument.
3. Power on (100-240VAC, 50/60HZ).
4. Set the required Rotation speed (range 30~ 2200rpm) through the coarse and fine adjustment knobs on the control panel, and the LED screen displays the Rotation speed in real time.
5. Start the device, the motor soft starts, and the Impeller starts to work.
6. Rotation speed can be adjusted at any time as needed during operation.
7. After use, turn off the power, remove and clean the Impeller.
Notice
• Power supply voltage in 100-240VAC range.
• Permissible Ambient Temperature 5~ 40 ℃, relative humidity ≤ 80%.
• Do not use under conditions exceeding the maximum viscosity (80000mPa · s) and Processing capacity (60L).
• Note that the instrument has overload and abnormal protection functions. When triggered, it will issue a sound prompt and automatically stop. Please check the cause before using it.
• There is a non-slip pad at the bottom of the instrument, please place it on a stable table to operate.
• Impeller must be firmly installed to prevent loosening or peeling in high-speed swirling/spinning.
• When cleaning, do not let liquids splash into the inside of the instrument.
• A variety of Impellers are available, please choose according to the actual application scenario (such as viscosity, mixing strength requirements).
