Overview
HUXI RWD150E/20030085 LED overhead Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. It adopts an overhead design, which is capable of high load, long-term continuous work, and has automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure experimental safety.

Principle
The machine drives the Impeller swirl/spin to mix medium to high viscosity liquids in the container. Its enclosed housing and motor soft start design ensure smooth and safe operation, while the optional variety of Impellers produces efficient stirring by generating axial, radial or tangential flow for different viscosity and mixing needs.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the experimental requirements and install it.
2. Adjust the stirring rod to the appropriate position through the Impeller penetration hole.
3. Turn on the power and set the required Rotation speed through the LED screen and the speed control knob.
4. Start the equipment and start stirring.
5. Rotation speed can be adjusted at any time as needed during the experiment.
6. After the experiment, turn off the power, remove the Impeller, and clean it.
Notice
● Power supply voltage in 100-240VAC range. Frequency 50/60Hz.
● The equipment should be used under the conditions of Ambient Temperature 5~ 40 ℃ and relative humidity ≤ 80%.
● Note that the diameter range of the drill chuck clamping is 0.5 to 10mm, please do not use beyond the range.
The device has overload and abnormal protection functions. If it encounters a sound prompt and stops automatically, please check the load.
● Use a non-slip pad to ensure that the equipment is firmly placed.
● Impeller installation needs to be fixed firmly with matching wrench chuck.
Do not let liquids splash into the inside of the instrument to ensure the safety and lifespan of the equipment.
