The Stirrer shears and mixes liquids by driving the Impeller swirl/spin with a motor. Its motor has a soft start function for smooth acceleration and protection against sample splashing. The closed structure protects the internal circuit, while the various Impeller designs (e.g. fan, dissolve, anchor, etc.) can generate different fluid motions (e.g. tangential flow, axial flow, turbulent flow) to accommodate the mixing, dissolving, dispersing and other processes of liquids from medium to low viscosity to high viscosity (up to 80000mPa · s).

1. According to the viscosity and mixing requirements of the liquid to be treated, select the appropriate Impeller and install it to the drill chuck (clamping diameter range 0.5 to 10mm). 2. Insert the stirring rod through the penetration hole on the instrument and adjust it to the appropriate height without moving the instrument host. 3. Connect the power supply (100-240VAC, 50/60HZ). 4. Rotation speed setting through the control panel, support coarse and fine adjustment, and set the required Rotation speed (range 30~ 2200rpm). 5. Start the equipment, the motor will soft start to the set Rotation speed, and the Rotation speed can be adjusted at any time during operation. 6. Turn off the power after use and clean the Impeller and instrument surface.
• Power supply voltage in the range of 100-240VAC, Ambient Temperature 5~ 40 ℃, relative humidity does not exceed 80%. • The instrument has an automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions (sound prompt and automatic stop), and do not block the heat dissipation hole during operation. • Closed enclosures are splash-proof, but large amounts of liquid should still be avoided from splashing directly onto the instrument. • Choose the appropriate Impeller and Rotation speed according to Processing capacity (maximum 60L) and liquid viscosity (maximum 80000mPa · s) to avoid overload operation. • When using a wrench chuck to fix the Impeller, make sure to clamp it tightly to prevent it from loosening. • There is a non-slip pad at the bottom of the instrument, please place it on a smooth and drying table. • Please disconnect the power supply when cleaning and wipe it with a dry cloth to prevent liquid from entering the inside of the instrument.
