Overview
HUXI LED Stirrer (model: RWD150E/20030090) is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. The product has outstanding performance and is capable of high load, long-term continuous work, and has automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure laboratory safety. It is mainly used in chemical synthesis, physical and chemical analysis, petrochemical, cosmetics, health products, food, biotechnology and other fields.

Principle
The overhead Stirrer mixes medium to high viscosity liquids with an Impeller swirl/spin motor. The motor has a soft start function to ensure smooth operation. The instrument features a closed case design to prevent liquid splashing and ensures safe operation with automatic protection against overloads and abnormal conditions.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the experimental requirements and install it.
2. Adjust the installation position of the stirring rod through the Impeller penetration hole without adjusting the overall height of the instrument.
3. Turn on the power supply.
4. Rotation speed is coarse or fine-tuned through the LED screen and speed knob, and the instrument can also be adjusted during operation.
5. Start the instrument and start mixing.
6. After the work is completed, turn off the power supply.

● Power supply voltage in 100-240VAC range. Frequency 50/60Hz.
● The instrument should be used at Permissible Ambient Temperature (5~ 40 ℃) and relative humidity (≤ 80%).
● Note that the diameter range of the drill chuck clamping is 0.5 to 10mm, please do not use beyond the range.
● The instrument has overload and motor protection functions. When a sound prompts and automatically stops, please check the load condition.
● Use a non-slip pad to ensure stable placement of the instrument.
● Impeller fixation requires matching wrench chuck.
Do not let liquids splash into the inside of the instrument.
● The maximum Processing capacity of this product is 60L and the maximum viscosity is 80000mPa · s. Please do not use it beyond the limit.
