HUXI RWD150E/20030064 LED overhead Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. Principle
The device is driven by a motor Impeller swirl/spin to mix medium and high viscosity liquids. The motor has a soft start function to ensure smooth operation. The device is designed with a closed case to prevent liquid splashing and to ensure safe operation through automatic protection of overloads and abnormal conditions.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the sample characteristics.
2. Install the stirring rod through the Impeller penetration hole and adjust it to the appropriate position.
3. Turn on the power supply.
4. Rotation speed is coarse and fine-tuned through the LED screen and knob, which can be adjusted during operation.
5. Start the equipment to stir.
Notice
• Power supply voltage in 100-240VAC range.
• Please use under Permissible Ambient Temperature (5~ 40 ℃) and relative humidity (≤ 80%).
• Note that the diameter range of the drill chuck clamping is 0.5~ 10mm.
• The device has an overload protection function. In case of abnormality, it will sound and stop automatically. Please find out the reason before using it.
• Use non-slip mats to ensure that the equipment is firmly placed.
• Impeller needs to be fixed with matching wrench chuck.
• Select the appropriate Impeller and Rotation speed according to the viscosity (up to 80000mPa · s) and capacity (up to 60L) of the treatment liquid.
