HUXI RWD150E/20030005 LED overhead Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. The product is capable of high load, long continuous operation, outstanding performance, and automatic overload and abnormal protection to ensure laboratory safety.

Principle
The Stirrer mixes liquids by driving the Impeller swirl/spin motor. The motor has a soft start function to ensure smooth operation, and can precisely control the Rotation speed through stepless speed regulation to adapt to the mixing needs of liquids of different viscosities.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the experimental requirements.
2. Install the stirring rod through the Impeller penetration hole and adjust it to the appropriate position.
3. Use a wrench chuck to secure the Impeller.
4. Turn on the power supply and set the required Rotation speed through the LED screen and speed control knob.
5. Start the equipment and start stirring.
6. After the experiment, turn off the power, remove the Impeller, and clean it.

• Please make sure to use it at the allowable Ambient Temperature (5~ 40 ° C) and relative humidity (≤ 80%).
• Note Power supply voltage range is 100-240VAC, rated Frequency is 50/60HZ.
• Impeller clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm, please do not use beyond the range.
• The device has overload and abnormal protection functions. When there is a sound prompt and it stops automatically, please check the load.
• Do not let liquids splash into the inside of the instrument to ensure safety.
When working continuously for a long time, pay attention to the equipment status.
• Please select the appropriate Impeller and Rotation speed according to the liquid viscosity (max 80000mPa · s) and Processing capacity (max 60L).
