Overview
HUXI RWD150E/20030065 LED overhead Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. The product is capable of high load, long-term continuous operation, outstanding performance, and automatic overload and abnormal protection to ensure laboratory safety.
Features
1. LED screen display, Rotation speed can be coarse and fine-tuned, and Rotation speed can also be adjusted during the operation of the instrument.

Principle
The Stirrer uses the motor to drive the Impeller swirl/spin to mix medium and high viscosity liquids. The motor has a soft start function to ensure smooth operation. The equipment can precisely control the Rotation speed in the range of 30~ 2200rpm through stepless speed regulation to adapt to different viscosity and mixing needs.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the mix requirements.
2. Fix the Impeller rod (diameter 0.5~ 10mm) to the drill chuck through the wrench chuck.
3. Use the Impeller penetration hole to adjust the installation position of the stirring rod on the bracket to a suitable height.
4. Power on (100-240VAC, 50/60HZ).
5. Rotation speed coarse or fine adjustment through LED screen and speed knob, set the required Rotation speed (30~ 2200rpm).
6. Start the equipment and start stirring. Rotation speed can be adjusted as needed during operation.
7. After stirring is complete, turn off the power, remove the Impeller, and clean it.
Notice
• Power supply voltage in the range of 100-240VAC, Ambient Temperature 5~ 40 ℃, relative humidity ≤ 80%.
• Impeller clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm, please do not use beyond the range.
• The device has overload and abnormal protection functions. When triggered, it will issue a sound prompt and automatically stop. Please find out the reason before using it.
• The device case is IP42 Protection Rating, which can prevent liquid splashing, but it is still necessary to avoid a large amount of liquid splashing.
• Use non-slip mats to ensure that the equipment is firmly placed.
• Please select the appropriate Impeller and Rotation speed according to the liquid viscosity (max 80000mPa · s) and Processing capacity (max 60L).
When working continuously for a long time, please pay attention to the operation status of the equipment.
