Overview
HUXI LED Top-mounted Stirrer (model: RWD150E/20030066) is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. It adopts an top-mounted design, which is capable of high load, long-term continuous work, and has automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure the safe operation of the laboratory.

Principle
The device drives the stirring rod and blade swirl/spin through the motor to mix medium and high viscosity liquids. The motor has a soft start function, which can accelerate smoothly, and precisely controls the stirring Rotation speed through stepless speed regulation to adapt to different viscosity and mixing requirements.

Steps
1. According to the sample viscosity and mixing requirements, select the appropriate Impeller and install it.
2. Adjust the installation position of the stirring rod through the Impeller penetration hole.
3. Connect the power supply and turn on the power switch of the instrument.
4. Through the LED screen and speed knob, set the required stirring Rotation speed (coarse and fine adjustment can be carried out).
5. Start the equipment and start stirring.
6. Rotation speed can be adjusted in real time as needed during the mixing process.
7. After stirring, turn off the power, remove the Impeller, and clean it.
Notice
● Power supply voltage in 100-240VAC range. Frequency 50/60Hz.
● The equipment should be used under the conditions of Ambient Temperature 5~ 40 ℃ and relative humidity ≤ 80%.
● Make sure the Impeller is properly installed and fastened before use to prevent peeling.
When the equipment is running, do not put your hands or foreign objects near the swirl/spin parts.
Pay attention to the overload protection function of the device. If you hear a prompt tone and stop automatically, check the load condition.
When cleaning the equipment, please disconnect the power supply and prevent liquids from entering the instrument.
● Please use an Impeller that meets the specifications, with a clamping diameter range of 0.5 to 10mm.
● The bottom of the device is equipped with a non-slip pad, please place it on a stable countertop for use.
