HUXI RWD150E/20030067 LED overhead Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. It adopts an overhead design, which is capable of high load, long-term continuous work, and has automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure experimental safety.

Principle
The device mixes medium to high viscosity liquids by driving the Impeller swirl/spin motor. The motor has a soft start function for smooth acceleration and protection against splashes. Its enclosed enclosure and automatic protection mechanism work together to ensure the safe operation of the device under long, high loads.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the application requirements.
2. Install the stirring rod through the Impeller penetration hole and adjust it to the appropriate position.
3. Use a wrench chuck to secure the Impeller.
4. Turn on the power supply and adjust the Rotation speed coarsely or finely through the LED screen and knob.
5. Start the equipment, and continue to adjust the Rotation speed as needed during operation.

• Please make sure to use it at the allowable Ambient Temperature (5~ 40 ° C) and relative humidity (≤ 80%).
• Power supply voltage range (100-240VAC) and rated Frequency (50/60HZ).
• The device has overload and abnormal protection functions. When it sounds and stops automatically, please check the load.

• Impeller clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm, please do not use beyond the range.
