Principle
The device mixes medium to high viscosity liquids by motor-driven Impeller swirl/spin. It uses stepless speed regulation, which can precisely adjust the Rotation speed as needed, and ensures smooth operation through soft start technology. The closed housing and automatic protection function together ensure the safe operation of the equipment under long-term and high-load conditions.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the viscosity and characteristics of the liquid to be mixed.
2. Fix the Impeller to the equipment drill chuck through the wrench chuck (clamping diameter range 0.5~ 10mm).
3. Adjust the installation position of the stirring rod in the container through the Impeller penetration hole without adjusting the overall height of the instrument.
4. Power on (100-240VAC, 50/60HZ).
5. Through the LED screen and speed knob, set the required Rotation speed (30~ 2200rpm) in coarse or fine adjustment mode.
6. Start the device, the motor will start softly, and start stirring.
7. Rotation speed can be adjusted at any time as needed during operation.

• Please ensure that the working Ambient Temperature is between 5 and 40 ° C, and the relative humidity does not exceed 80%.
• The device has overload and abnormal protection functions. When triggered, it will issue a sound prompt and automatically stop. Please find out the reason before using it.
• Please check the non-slip pad before use to ensure that the equipment is placed firmly.
• Impeller penetration hole design is easy to adjust the position of the stirring rod, but ensure that the Impeller is firmly installed.
• Please use the equipment reasonably according to the Processing capacity (maximum 60L) and liquid viscosity (maximum 80000mPa · s).
• The equipment shell is closed to prevent liquid from splashing in, but it is still necessary to avoid a large amount of liquid splashing.
• A variety of Impellers can be selected (such as three hole fan type, dissolved type, three blade type, centrifugal type, etc.), please choose according to the specific application scenario.
