Overview
HUXI RWD150E/20030073 LED top-mounted Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. It adopts top-mounted design, which is capable of high load, long-term continuous work, and has automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure experimental safety. Mainly used in chemical synthesis, physical and chemical analysis, petrochemical, cosmetics, health products, food, biotechnology and other fields.

1. LED screen display, Rotation speed can be coarse and fine-tuned, and Rotation speed can also be adjusted during the operation of the instrument.

Principle
The Stirrer uses a motor to drive the Impeller swirl/spin to mix medium and high viscosity liquids in the container. The motor uses soft start technology to ensure smooth operation. The instrument has an automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions. When an abnormality is detected, an audible prompt will be issued and automatically stopped to ensure the safety of equipment and experiments.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the experimental requirements and install it.
2. Insert and fix the stirring rod through the penetration hole at the bottom of the instrument.
3. Turn on the power supply.
4. Rotation speed is coarse and fine-tuned through the LED screen and knob, which can be adjusted during operation.
5. Start the equipment and start stirring.
6. After the experiment, turn off the power and remove the Impeller for cleaning.
Notice
● Please use under Permissible Ambient Temperature (5~ 40 ℃) and relative humidity (≤ 80%).
● Power supply voltage in the range of 100-240VAC.
● Impeller clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm, do not use beyond the range.
The device has an overload protection function. When it sounds and stops automatically, please check the load.
Pay attention to the anti-skid pad at the bottom of the instrument to ensure a smooth placement.
When cleaning, do not let liquids splash into the inside of the instrument.
