HUXI LED Top-mounted Stirrer (model: RWD150E/20030074) is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. It features an top-mounted design that is capable of high-load, long-term continuous work, outstanding performance, and automatic overload and abnormal protection to ensure laboratory safety.

Principle
The Stirrer mixes liquids with a motor that drives the Impeller swirl/spin. The motor has a soft start function for smooth acceleration and protection against sample splashing. The closed housing and piercing design enhance the safety and convenience of operation. The device provides stable torque according to the set Rotation speed for efficient stirring of medium and high viscosity liquids.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the experimental requirements and install it.
2. Insert and fix the stirring rod through the penetrating hole on the instrument.
3. Turn on the power and set the required Rotation speed (can be coarse or fine adjusted) through the LED screen and knob.
4. Start the device, the motor will soft start to the set Rotation speed.
5. Rotation speed can be adjusted in real time as needed during the experiment.
6. After the experiment, turn off the power, remove and clean the Impeller.
Notice
• Please make sure to use it at the allowable Ambient Temperature (5~ 40 ° C) and relative humidity (≤ 80%).
• Power supply voltage (100-240VAC) should be checked before use.
• The clamping diameter of the Impeller should be within the range of 0.5 to 10mm and ensure a firm installation.
• The device has an overload protection function. If you hear a prompt tone and stop automatically, please check the load.
• Pay attention to the non-slip pad at the bottom of the instrument to ensure that the equipment is placed smoothly.
• Avoid large amounts of liquid splashing into the inside of the instrument to maintain its protective performance.
• Please select the appropriate Impeller and Rotation speed according to the liquid viscosity (max 80000mPa · s) and Processing capacity (max 60L).
