HUXI LED overhead Stirrer (model: RWD150E/20030035) is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. The product is capable of high load, long-term continuous work, outstanding performance, and automatic protection for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure laboratory safety.

Principle
The device drives the Impeller swirl/spin by motor to mix medium and high viscosity liquids. With stepless speed regulation, the Rotation speed can be precisely adjusted according to the experimental needs to achieve the effect from gentle stirring to strong mixing.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the viscosity of the liquid to be stirred and the container.
2. Install the stirring rod through the penetration hole and adjust it to the appropriate height.
3. Use a wrench chuck to secure the Impeller.
4. Turn on the power supply and set the required Rotation speed through the LED screen and knob.
5. Start the equipment and start stirring.
6. Rotation speed can be adjusted as needed during the mixing process.
7. After stirring is complete, turn off the power, remove the Impeller, and clean it.
Notice
• Power supply voltage in 100-240VAC range. Frequency 50/60Hz.
• Equipment should be used under Ambient Temperature 5~ 40 ℃ and relative humidity ≤ 80%.
• Impeller clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm, please do not use beyond the range.
• The equipment has an overload protection function. If the protection is automatically stopped due to excessive load, please check the load and troubleshoot before use.
Do not let liquids splash into the inside of the instrument to ensure the safety of the equipment and the smooth progress of the experiment.
When working continuously for a long time, please pay attention to the operation status of the equipment.
• Please choose the working parameters reasonably according to the liquid viscosity (maximum 80000mPa · s) and stirring Processing capacity (maximum 60L) to avoid overload operation.
