Overview
HUXI LED Top-mounted Stirrer (model: RWD150E/20030001) is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. It is designed for high load, long continuous operation, outstanding performance, and automatic overload and abnormal protection to ensure laboratory safety.

Principle
The Stirrer mixes medium to high viscosity liquids with a motor that drives the Impeller swirl/spin. The motor has a soft start function for a smooth start to avoid sample splashing. The enclosed housing design provides protection, while the through hole design allows for flexible adjustment of the stirring rod position.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the experimental requirements and install it.
2. Insert and fix the stirring rod through the penetrating hole on the instrument.
3. Turn on the power supply.
4. Set the required Rotation speed (can be coarse or fine-tuned) through the LED screen and adjustment knob.
5. Start the equipment to stir.
6. After the experiment, turn off the power, remove the Impeller, and clean it.
Notice
• Ambient Temperature (5~ 40 ℃) and relative humidity (≤ 80%).
• Power supply voltage in 100-240VAC range.
• Impeller clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm, please do not use beyond the range.
• The device has an overload protection function. If it triggers an automatic stop and is accompanied by a sound prompt, please check the load.
• Pay attention to the non-slip pad at the bottom of the instrument to ensure that the equipment is placed smoothly.
Processing capacity is 60L, and the maximum liquid viscosity does not exceed 80000mPa · s.
• Please clean in time after use and keep the equipment drying.
