HUXI RWD150E/20030037 LED overhead Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. This product is capable of high load, long-term continuous work, outstanding performance, and automatic protection for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure laboratory safety.

Principle
The overhead Stirrer mixes medium and high viscosity liquids with an Impeller swirl/spin motor. The motor has a soft start function for smooth operation, and can precisely control the stirring speed through stepless speed regulation to adapt to experiments with different viscosity and mixing requirements.

Steps
Select the appropriate Impeller according to the experimental requirements and install it to the drill chuck (clamping diameter range 0.5 to 10mm).
2. Adjust the installation position of the stirring rod through the Impeller penetration hole on the instrument without adjusting the height of the instrument.
3. Power on (100-240VAC, 50/60HZ).
4. Rotation speed coarse or fine adjustment through the LED screen and speed knob, set the required Rotation speed (range 30~ 2200rpm).
5. Start the equipment and start stirring. Rotation speed can be adjusted at any time as needed during operation.
Notice
* Please use this instrument under Permissible Ambient Temperature (5~ 40 ℃) and relative humidity (≤ 80%).
The instrument has overload and abnormal protection functions. When the protection is triggered, it will issue a sound prompt and automatically stop. Please find out the reason before using it.
* Impeller installation needs to be firm to prevent loosening or peeling in high speed swirling/spinning.
* Do not exceed the maximum viscosity (80000mPa · s) and maximum Processing capacity (60L) of the instrument calibration.
Pay attention to the non-slip pad at the bottom of the instrument to ensure that the device is placed smoothly.
When cleaning, do not allow liquids to enter the enclosure.
