HUXI RWD150E/20030036 LED overhead Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. This product is capable of high load, long-term continuous work, outstanding performance, and automatic protection for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure laboratory safety.

Principle
The overhead Stirrer mixes medium to high viscosity liquids with an Impeller swirl/spin motor. The motor has a soft start function for smooth operation, and can precisely control the Rotation speed through stepless speed regulation to adapt to different viscosity and mixing requirements.

Steps
1. According to the characteristics of the liquid to be stirred, select the appropriate Impeller and install it.
2. Install the stirring rod through the penetration hole on the instrument and adjust it to the appropriate position.
3. Turn on the power supply.
4. Rotation speed coarse adjustment and fine adjustment settings through LED screen and knob.
5. Start the equipment for stirring, and the Rotation speed can be adjusted as needed during operation.

● Please make sure to use it at the allowable Ambient Temperature (5~ 40 ℃) and relative humidity (≤ 80%).
● Note Power supply voltage range is 100-240VAC, rated Frequency is 50/60HZ.
● Impeller clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm, do not use beyond the range.
The equipment is equipped with overload and motor protection functions, and will issue an audible prompt and automatically stop. In this case, the load should be checked and troubleshooted.
● Use non-slip pads to ensure stable placement of the equipment.
Processing capacity is 60L, the maximum applicable viscosity is 80000mPa · s, do not exceed the limit.
