Principle
The Stirrer uses a motor to drive the Impeller swirl/spin to mix liquids. Its motor has a soft start function to ensure a smooth start. The instrument adopts a stepless speed regulation mode, and the user can precisely control the Impeller Rotation speed through coarse and fine adjustment to adapt to the mixing needs of liquids of different viscosities. The closed housing and automatic protection function work together to ensure the safe operation of the equipment under high loads for a long time.

Steps
1. According to the characteristics of the liquid to be stirred, select the appropriate Impeller and install it.
2. Insert and fix the stirring rod through the penetration hole on the top of the instrument.
3. Turn on the power supply.
4. Rotation speed is set via the coarse and fine knobs on the control panel.
5. Start the device and the Impeller starts working.
6. Rotation speed can be adjusted at any time as needed during operation.
Notice
Do not use under conditions exceeding the Permissible Ambient Temperature (5~ 40 ° C) or relative humidity (80%).
● Power supply voltage in the range of 100-240VAC.
● Impeller clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm, do not use beyond the range.
The equipment is equipped with overload and motor protection functions. When it sounds and stops automatically, check the load condition.
● Use non-slip pads to ensure stable placement of the equipment.
Processing capacity is up to 60L, and the maximum viscosity of the liquid does not exceed 80000mPa · s.
● Regularly check whether the Impeller is firmly fixed.
