HUXI RWD150E/20030075 LED overhead Stirrer is a powerful electric stirring equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. It uses LED screen display, supports rough and fine adjustment of Rotation speed, can adjust Rotation speed during operation, and has motor soft start, closed splash-proof housing, Impeller penetration hole and other designs, outstanding performance, capable of high load, long-term continuous work.

Principle
The Stirrer uses a motor to drive the Impeller swirl/spin to mix medium to high viscosity liquids. The motor has a soft start function to ensure smooth operation, and stepless speed regulation precisely controls the stirring speed to adapt to the mixing needs of liquids of different viscosities.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the sample viscosity and container and install it.
2. Adjust the stirring rod to the appropriate height through the Impeller penetration hole and fix it.
3. Turn on the power supply and set the Rotation speed through the control panel (support coarse and fine adjustment).
4. Start the equipment and start stirring after the motor is soft-started.
5. Rotation speed can be adjusted at any time as needed during operation.
6. After the work is completed, turn off the power, remove the Impeller, and clean it.
Notice
• Please ensure that it is used at Permissible Ambient Temperature (5~ 40 ° C) and relative humidity (≤ 80%).
• Before use, please confirm that the Power supply voltage (100-240VAC) matches the local power grid.
• Impeller must be firmly installed to prevent peeling at high speed swirling/spinning.
• The instrument has an automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions (sound prompt and automatic stop). If it is triggered, please check the cause.
• Pay attention to the non-slip pad at the bottom of the instrument to ensure smooth placement.
When cleaning, do not let liquids enter the inside of the instrument.
• Do not exceed the maximum Processing capacity (60L) and maximum viscosity (80000mPa · s) limits.
• When the drill chuck clamps the stirring rod, make sure that the rod diameter is within the range of 0.5 to 10mm.
