HUXI LED Top-mounted Stirrer (model: RWD150E/20030076) is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. It adopts an top-mounted design, which is capable of high load, long-term continuous work, and has automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure experimental safety.

Principle
The device drives the Impeller swirl/spin through the motor to mix the liquid. The motor has a soft start function, which can accelerate smoothly and prevent splashing. The device adopts a stepless speed regulation mode, and the user can precisely control the stirring Rotation speed through coarse and fine adjustment according to the needs to adapt to the mixing needs of liquids with different viscosity.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the characteristics of the liquid to be stirred and install it.
2. Insert and fix the stirring rod through the penetration hole at the bottom of the instrument.
3. Turn on the power and set the required Rotation speed (can be coarse or fine adjusted) through the LED screen and knob.
4. Start the device and start stirring after the motor soft starts.
5. Rotation speed can be adjusted at any time as needed during the mixing process.
6. Turn off the power after stirring, remove and clean the Impeller.
Notice
Do not use under conditions exceeding the Permissible Ambient Temperature (5~ 40 ° C) or relative humidity (80%).
● Power supply voltage in 100-240VAC range.
● Impeller clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm, do not use beyond the range.
The equipment has an overload protection function. When an abnormality occurs (such as a sound prompt and automatically stops), please check the load and troubleshoot before use.

Processing capacity is 60L, and the maximum liquid viscosity is recommended not to exceed 80000mPa · s.
