Overview
HUXI RWD150E/20030077 LED top-mounted Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. It adopts top-mounted design, which is capable of high load, long-term continuous work, and has automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure experimental safety. Mainly used in chemical synthesis, physical and chemical analysis, petrochemical, cosmetics, health products, food, biotechnology and other fields.

Principle
The Stirrer mixes medium to high viscosity liquids with a motor that drives the Impeller swirl/spin. The motor has a soft start function for smooth acceleration to prevent sample splashing. The Impeller through hole design allows flexible adjustment of the stir rod position to suit different vessel depths.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the viscosity of the liquid to be stirred.
2. Install the stirring rod through the penetration hole on the top of the instrument and fix it with a wrench chuck.
3. Adjust the position of the stirring rod in the penetration hole so that the Impeller is at a suitable depth in the container without adjusting the overall height of the instrument.
4. Turn on the power supply, and set the rough and fine adjustment of Rotation speed through the LED screen and knob.
5. Start the device, the motor will soft start to the set Rotation speed, and the Rotation speed can be adjusted at any time during operation.
Notice
• Power supply voltage in 100-240VAC range. Frequency 50/60Hz.
• The instrument should be used under the conditions of Ambient Temperature 5~ 40 ℃ and relative humidity ≤ 80%.
• Before use, please confirm that the Impeller has been firmly fixed with a chuck to prevent peeling.
• Impeller clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm, please do not use beyond the range.
• The instrument has overload and abnormal protection functions. In case of failure, it will issue a sound prompt and automatically stop. Please check the cause before using it.
• There is a non-slip pad at the bottom of the instrument, please place it on a stable table to operate.
• This product is suitable for liquids with a maximum viscosity of 80000mPa · s, please do not use it beyond the limit.
When cleaning, be careful to avoid liquid splashing into the instrument.
• Optional a variety of Impeller (such as round Three hole fan type, dissolved type, three blade type, centrifugal type, four blade type, screw type, round six hole fan type, one word type, round anchor type, square anchor type, square hole fan type), please choose according to the actual application needs.
