HUXI RWD150E/20030078 LED overhead Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. The product is capable of high load, long-term continuous operation, outstanding performance, and automatic overload and abnormal protection to ensure laboratory safety.

Principle
The Stirrer mixes medium to high viscosity liquids with a motor drive Impeller swirl/spin. The motor has a soft start function to ensure smooth operation. The instrument features a closed housing design to prevent liquid splashing and ensures safe operation with automatic protection against overloads and abnormal conditions.

Steps
1. According to the sample viscosity and mixing requirements, select the appropriate Impeller and install it.
2. Adjust the installation position of the stirring rod through the Impeller penetration hole without adjusting the overall height of the instrument.
3. Turn on the power, through the LED screen and knob Rotation speed coarse or fine adjustment settings.
4. Start the equipment, the motor soft start starts to work, and the Rotation speed can be adjusted according to the needs during operation.
5. After the work is completed, turn off the power supply for cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
● Please ensure that it is used at Permissible Ambient Temperature (5~ 40 ℃) and relative humidity (≤ 80%).
● Before use, please confirm that the Power supply voltage (100-240VAC) and Frequency (50/60HZ) meet the requirements.
● Impeller clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm, do not use beyond the range.
● The instrument has an overload protection function. When the protection is triggered (sound prompt, automatic stop), please check the load condition.
Pay attention to the anti-skid pad at the bottom of the instrument to ensure that the equipment is placed smoothly.
Do not let the liquid splash into the inside of the instrument to maintain its protective performance.
When working continuously for a long time, please pay attention to the status of the instrument.
