HUXI LED overhead Stirrer (model: RWD150E/20030080) is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. Principle
The device drives the Impeller swirl/spin motor to mix medium and high viscosity liquids. The motor has a soft start function, runs smoothly, and precisely controls the stirring speed through stepless speed regulation to adapt to the mixing needs of liquids of different viscosity.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the mixing requirements.
2. Fix the Impeller rod (diameter 0.5~ 10mm) to the drill chuck through the wrench chuck.
3. Use the Impeller penetration hole to adjust the installation position of the stirring rod without adjusting the overall height of the instrument.
4. Power on (100-240VAC, 50/60HZ).
5. Rotation speed coarse or fine adjustment through LED screen and control knob, set the required Rotation speed (30~ 2200rpm).
6. Start the device, and the motor soft starts to work.
7. Rotation speed can be adjusted at any time as needed during operation.

● Power supply voltage in 100-240VAC range.
● Permissible Ambient Temperature is 5~ 40 ℃, the allowable relative humidity is 80%.
● The device has overload and abnormal protection functions. When triggered, it will issue a sound prompt and automatically stop. Please find out the reason before using it.
The closed housing can prevent liquid from splashing in, but it is still necessary to pay attention to the operation to avoid a large amount of liquid splashing.
● Use a non-slip pad to ensure that the equipment is firmly placed.
Processing capacity is 60L, the maximum processing viscosity is 80000mPa · s, do not exceed the limit.
Please select the appropriate Impeller type according to the viscosity of the liquid and the shape of the container.
