HUXI LED Top-mounted Stirrer (model: RWD150E/20030058) is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. It adopts an top-mounted design, which is capable of high load, long-term continuous work, and has automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure experimental safety.

Principle
The Stirrer mixes liquids by motor driving the Impeller swirl/spin. Its soft start function allows the Rotation speed to rise smoothly and avoids sample splashing. The enclosed enclosure and automatic protection mechanism work together to ensure the safe operation of the equipment under long, high loads.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the viscosity of the liquid to be stirred.
2. Install the stirring rod through the Impeller penetration hole and adjust it to the appropriate position.
3. Use a wrench chuck to secure the Impeller.
4. Turn on the power, through the LED screen and knob Rotation speed coarse and fine adjustment.
5. Start the equipment, and adjust the Rotation speed as needed during operation.
Notice
● Please ensure that the Ambient Temperature is used within the range of 5~ 40 ° C and the relative humidity ≤ 80%.
● Impeller clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm, do not use beyond the range.
The device has an overload protection function. When it sounds and stops automatically, please check the load.
Pay attention to the non-slip pad at the bottom of the device to ensure a smooth placement.
