Overview
HUXI LED overhead Stirrer (model: RWD150E/20030059) is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. It adopts an overhead design, which is capable of high load, long-term continuous work, and has automatic protection functions for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure experimental safety. It is mainly used in chemical synthesis, physical and chemical analysis, petrochemical, cosmetics, health products, food, biotechnology and other fields.

Principle
The Stirrer uses a motor to drive the Impeller swirl/spin to mix liquids. Its motor has a soft start function, which allows for smooth acceleration and prevents sample splashing. With a stepless speed regulation system, the user can precisely control the Rotation speed of the Impeller as needed, thus adapting to the mixing needs of medium and low viscosity to high viscosity (up to 80000mPa · s) liquids. The closed housing and automatic protection mechanism together ensure the stability and safety of the equipment during long continuous operation.

Steps
Select the appropriate Impeller according to the experimental requirements and install it to the drill chuck (clamping diameter range 0.5 to 10mm).
2. Insert the stirring rod through the penetration hole on the instrument and adjust it to a suitable height without adjusting the overall installation height of the instrument.
3. Power on (100-240VAC, 50/60HZ).
4. Rotation speed coarse or fine adjustment through the control panel, set the required Rotation speed (range 30~ 2200rpm).
5. Start the device and the motor will start running softly.
6. Rotation speed can be adjusted at any time as needed during the experiment.
7. After the experiment, turn off the power, remove and clean the Impeller.
Notice
• Please make sure to use this equipment under the allowable Ambient Temperature (5~ 40 ℃) and relative humidity (≤ 80%).
• The equipment has overload and abnormal protection functions. When the protection is triggered, it will issue a sound prompt and automatically stop. At this time, the load condition should be checked.
• Use non-slip mats to ensure that the equipment is firmly placed.
• Impeller fixing requires a special wrench chuck to ensure firm installation.
• Please select the appropriate Impeller type and Rotation speed according to the liquid viscosity (maximum processing viscosity 80000mPa · s) and container size (maximum Processing capacity 60L).
• Avoid liquid splashing into the inside of the instrument, despite the enclosure's closed design.
• This equipment has no timing function and requires manual control of the running time.
