HUXI LED overhead Stirrer (model: RWD150E/20030096) is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. The product is capable of high load, long-term continuous work, outstanding performance, and automatic protection for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure laboratory safety.

Principle
The Stirrer uses a motor to drive the Impeller swirl/spin to mix liquids. Its motor has a soft start function to smoothly accelerate and prevent sample splashing. The device controls the Impeller Rotation speed through stepless speed regulation to adapt to the mixing needs of liquids of different viscosity, and automatically stops in case of overload or abnormality to provide Safety protection.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the characteristics of the liquid to be mixed and install it.
2. Insert and fix the stirring rod through the penetration hole on the top of the instrument.
3. Turn on the power supply.
4. Rotation speed is set via the coarse and fine knobs on the control panel.
5. Start the equipment and start stirring.
6. Rotation speed can be adjusted at any time as needed during the mixing process.
7. After stirring is complete, turn off the power and remove the Impeller for cleaning.
Notice
• Do not use under conditions exceeding the Permissible Ambient Temperature (5~ 40 ° C) or relative humidity (80%).
• Power supply voltage in 100-240VAC range.
• When the drill chuck clamps the stirring rod, make sure that the diameter is within the range of 0.5 to 10mm and firmly fixed.
• Do not touch the swirl/spin Impeller while the device is running.
• Note the maximum Processing capacity (60L) of the equipment and the maximum viscosity of the liquid (80000mPa · s), do not use it beyond the limit.
• When the device emits an overload prompt tone and automatically stops, please check the load and troubleshoot before restarting.
When cleaning the equipment, please disconnect the power supply and avoid liquids from entering the instrument.
• Please choose the appropriate Impeller from the various types provided according to the application requirements.
