HUXI LED Stirrer (model: RWD150E/20030060) is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. The product has outstanding performance and is capable of high load, long-term continuous work, and has automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure experimental safety. Mainly used in chemical synthesis, physical and chemical analysis, petrochemical, cosmetics, health products, food, biotechnology and other fields.

Principle
The Stirrer uses a motor to drive the Impeller swirl/spin to mix medium and high viscosity liquids. Its motor has a soft start function to ensure smooth operation. The instrument adopts a stepless speed regulation mode, and the user can precisely set and adjust the Rotation speed through the LED screen to adapt to different viscosity and mixing requirements. The closed housing and automatic protection function together ensure the safe and stable operation of the equipment under long-term and high-load conditions.

Steps
1. According to the sample viscosity and mixing requirements, select the appropriate Impeller and install it.
2. Install the stirring rod through the penetrating hole on the instrument and adjust it to the appropriate height.
3. Turn on the power supply.
4. Rotation speed is set by coarse adjustment and fine adjustment function of LED screen.
5. Start the equipment and start stirring.
6. Rotation speed can be adjusted in real time as needed during operation.
7. After the experiment, turn off the power, remove and clean the Impeller.
Notice
● Power supply voltage in 100-240VAC range.
● Equipment Permissible Ambient Temperature is 5~ 40 ℃, relative humidity ≤ 80%.
● Impeller clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm, do not use beyond the range.
● The device has overload and abnormal protection functions. When triggered, it will issue a sound prompt and automatically stop. Please find out the reason before using it.
● The bottom of the instrument is equipped with a non-slip pad, please place it on a stable table to operate.
Do not let liquids splash into the inside of the instrument.
● The maximum processing capacity of this product is 60L, and the maximum applicable viscosity is 80000mPa · s. Please do not use it beyond the limit.
