HUXI RWD150E/20030062 LED overhead Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. This product is capable of high load, long-term continuous work, outstanding performance, and automatic protection for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure laboratory safety.

Principle
The top-mounted Stirrer mixes medium and high viscosity liquids by motor-driven Impeller swirl/spin. It uses stepless speed regulation, which can precisely adjust the Rotation speed according to the experimental needs to achieve a gentle or strong stirring effect. The closed housing and motor soft start design ensure safe and smooth operation.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the characteristics of the liquid to be stirred.
2. Secure the Impeller rod (0.5 to 10mm diameter) to the Stirrer drill chuck using a wrench chuck.
3. Adjust the installation position of the stirring rod on the bracket through the Impeller penetration hole, without adjusting the overall height of the instrument.
4. Power on (100-240VAC, 50/60HZ).
5. Rotation speed coarse and fine adjustment through LED screen and control knob, set the required Rotation speed (30~ 2200rpm).
6. Start the device, and the motor will start softly and run smoothly.
7. Rotation speed can be adjusted at any time as needed during the experiment.
8. After the experiment, turn off the power, remove and clean the Impeller.

• Power supply voltage in 100-240VAC range.
• Equipment Permissible Ambient Temperature is 5~ 40 ℃, relative humidity ≤ 80%, please use in the specified environment.
• Impeller clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm, please do not use beyond the range.
• Processing capacity is 60L, maximum viscosity is 80000mPa · s, please do not exceed the limit.
• The device has overload and abnormal protection functions (sound prompt, automatic stop), please pay attention to the prompt tone when running.
Do not let liquids spill into the inside of the instrument, despite the protective design of the housing.
• The base is equipped with a non-slip pad, please ensure that the equipment is placed smoothly.
When working continuously for a long time, please pay attention to the operation status of the equipment.
