Overview
HUXI LED overhead Stirrer (model: RWD150E/20030095) is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. The product is capable of high load, long-term continuous work, outstanding performance, and automatic protection for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure laboratory safety.

Principle
The Stirrer mixes medium to high viscosity liquids with a motor-driven Impeller swirl/spin. The motor has a soft start function to ensure smooth operation and safe operation with a closed enclosure and automatic protection mechanism.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the sample viscosity and container.
2. Install the stirring rod through the Impeller penetration hole and adjust it to the appropriate position without adjusting the overall height of the instrument.
3. Use a wrench chuck to secure the Impeller.
4. Turn on the power, through the LED screen and knob Rotation speed coarse and fine adjustment, set the required Rotation speed.
5. Start the device, and the motor soft starts to stir.
6. Rotation speed can be adjusted at any time as needed during operation.
7. After the experiment, turn off the power, remove the Impeller, and clean it.

● Power supply voltage in 100-240VAC range. Frequency 50/60Hz.
● Permissible Ambient Temperature 5~ 40 ℃, relative humidity ≤ 80%, please use in the specified environment.
● Impeller clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm, do not use beyond the range.
● Processing capacity is 60L, maximum viscosity is 80000mPa · s, do not exceed the limit.
● The device has overload and abnormal protection functions (sound prompt and automatic stop). If the protection is triggered, please check the load condition.
Pay attention to the anti-skid pad at the bottom of the instrument to ensure that the equipment is placed smoothly.
● When cleaning, please note that the Protection Rating is IP42 to avoid a large amount of liquid splashing into the inside of the instrument.
