Overview
HUXI RWD150E/20030061 LED overhead Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. It uses LED screen display, supports Rotation speed coarse and fine adjustment, can be adjusted during operation, and can handle high load and long-term continuous work. It has automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure experimental safety.

Principle
The Stirrer mixes liquids with a motor that drives the Impeller swirl/spin. Its motor has a soft start function to ensure a smooth start. The Impeller piercing hole is designed to easily adjust the position of the stirring rod to suit different containers. Rotation speed is controlled by stepless speed regulation and an automatic protection mechanism for overloads and abnormalities is provided.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the viscosity of the liquid to be stirred and install it.
2. Insert and fix the stirring rod through the penetrating hole on the instrument.
3. Adjust the position of the stirring rod in the penetration hole so that the Impeller is at the appropriate height in the container.
4. Turn on the power supply and set the required Rotation speed through the control panel (can be coarse or fine-tuned).
5. Start the equipment, and the Rotation speed can be adjusted as needed during the stirring process.

• Please make sure to use it at the allowable Ambient Temperature (5~ 40 ° C) and relative humidity (≤ 80%).
• Before use, please confirm that the Power supply voltage (100-240VAC) matches the local power grid.
• Impeller clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm, please do not use beyond the range.
• The equipment has overload protection. When it sounds and stops automatically, please check the load.
• Pay attention to the non-slip pad at the bottom of the instrument to ensure that the equipment is placed smoothly.
• Processing capacity is 60L, maximum viscosity is 80000mPa · s, do not exceed the limit.
• When cleaning, avoid liquids from entering the enclosure.
