HUXI RWD150E/20030033 LED overhead Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. It uses LED screen display, supports Rotation speed coarse and fine adjustment, can be adjusted in operation, and has motor soft start, closed splash-proof housing and other designs, which can withstand high load, long-term continuous work, and outstanding performance.

Principle
The Stirrer uses a motor to drive the Impeller swirl/spin to mix medium to high viscosity liquids. The motor has a soft start function to ensure smooth operation, and the stepless speed regulation method realizes a Speed range of 30 to 2200rpm to adapt to different viscosity and mixing needs.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the mixing requirements.
2. Install the stirring rod through the Impeller penetration hole and adjust it to the appropriate position.
3. Use a wrench chuck to secure the Impeller.
4. Turn on the power supply and adjust the Rotation speed coarsely or finely through the control panel.
5. Start the equipment and start the mixing operation.

● Please ensure that it is used at Permissible Ambient Temperature (5~ 40 ℃) and relative humidity (≤ 80%).
● Note Power supply voltage range is 100-240VAC, rated Frequency is 50/60HZ.
The equipment has an automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions (sound prompt and automatically stop), please pay attention to the prompt tone when running.
● Impeller clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm, do not use beyond the range.
● Processing capacity is 60L, the maximum applicable viscosity is 80000mPa · s, do not exceed the limit.
● Please clean in time after use and keep the equipment drying.
