HUXI RWD150E/20030032 LED overhead Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. This product is capable of high load, long-term continuous work, outstanding performance, and automatic protection for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure laboratory safety.

Principle
The device uses a motor to drive the Impeller swirl/spin to mix liquids. Its motor has a soft start function to smoothly accelerate and prevent sample splashing. The instrument controls the Impeller Rotation speed through stepless speed regulation to adapt to the mixing needs of liquids with different viscosities.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the mixing requirements.
2. Fix the Impeller rod (diameter 0.5~ 10mm) to the drill chuck through the wrench chuck.
3. Use the Impeller penetration hole to adjust the installation position of the stirring rod on the instrument to a suitable height.
4. Power on (100-240VAC, 50/60HZ).
5. Rotation speed coarse or fine adjustment through LED screen and speed knob, set the required Rotation speed (30~ 2200rpm).
6. Start the device and the motor will start running softly.
7. Rotation speed can be adjusted at any time as needed during operation.
Notice
• Power supply voltage in 100-240VAC range.
• Ambient Temperature of the equipment is 5~ 40 ℃, relative humidity ≤ 80%.
• Do not exceed the maximum Processing capacity (60L) and maximum viscosity (80000mPa · s) limits of the device.
• The device has an overload protection function. When triggered, there will be a sound prompt and automatically stop. Please check the cause before using it.
• Impeller fixing requires a special wrench chuck to ensure firm clamping.
• Pay attention to the non-slip pad at the bottom of the instrument to ensure smooth placement.
• The enclosed enclosure is splash-proof, but large amounts of liquid should still be avoided to directly initialize the instrument.
• When the motor protection function is triggered (sound prompt, automatic stop), please check the load condition.
• Please clean it promptly after use.
