Overview
HUXI RWD150E/20030034 LED top-mounted Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. It adopts top-mounted design, which is capable of high load, long-term continuous work, and has automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure experimental safety. Mainly used in chemical synthesis, physical and chemical analysis, petrochemical, cosmetics, health products, food, biotechnology and other fields.

Principle
The device drives the Impeller swirl/spin through the motor to mix medium and high viscosity liquids. The motor has a soft start function to ensure smooth operation. The instrument adjusts the Impeller Rotation speed through stepless speed regulation to adapt to the mixing needs of liquids of different viscosity and provides automatic protection against overload and abnormal conditions during operation.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the experimental requirements and install it.
2. Adjust the installation position of the stirring rod through the Impeller penetration hole.
3. Turn on the power supply.
4. Rotation speed rough and fine adjustment through LED screen and control knob.
5. Start the equipment for stirring, and the Rotation speed can be adjusted as needed during operation.
Notice
• Please make sure to use it at the allowable Ambient Temperature (5~ 40 ° C) and relative humidity (≤ 80%).
• Note Power supply voltage range is 100-240VAC, rated Frequency is 50/60HZ.
• Please confirm that the Impeller is firmly installed before use.
• The device has overload and abnormal protection functions. If the trigger protection automatically stops and emits a sound prompt, please check the cause before using it.
• Do not let liquids splash into the inside of the instrument.
Processing capacity is 60L, the maximum applicable viscosity is 80000mPa · s, please do not exceed the limit.
• Drill chuck clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm, please use the mixing rod in the specification.
• Do not touch the swirl/spin parts while the device is running.
