Principle
The device mixes medium to high viscosity liquids by driving the Impeller swirl/spin motor. The motor has a soft start function to ensure smooth operation. The enclosed housing design provides protection, while the device has built-in automatic protection mechanisms for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure safe operation.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the characteristics of the liquid to be stirred.
2. Install the stirring rod through the Impeller penetration hole and adjust it to the appropriate position.
3. Use a wrench chuck to secure the Impeller.
4. Turn on the power supply and set the Rotation speed coarse or fine adjustment through the LED screen and knob.
5. Start the device, and the motor soft starts to stir.
6. Rotation speed can be adjusted at any time as needed during operation.
Notice
• Please ensure that the Ambient Temperature is used within the allowable range of 5~ 40 ° C and relative humidity ≤ 80%.
• Before use, please confirm that the Power supply voltage (100-240VAC) and Frequency (50/60HZ) meet the requirements.
• Impeller clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm, please do not use beyond the range.
• The device has an overload protection function. When the protection is triggered (sound prompt and automatically stop), please check the load condition.
• Note that the maximum Processing capacity of the equipment is 60L and the maximum viscosity is 80000mPa · s. Please do not use it beyond the limit.
• Do not forcibly move or touch the stirring parts while the instrument is running.
• Keep the non-slip pad at the bottom of the device clean and ensure that it is placed firmly.
