HUXI RWD150E/20030047 LED overhead Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. Principle
The top-mounted Stirrer mixes medium and high viscosity liquids by motor-driven Impeller swirl/spin. It uses stepless speed regulation, the user can precisely adjust the Rotation speed according to the need, and the soft start design of the motor ensures smooth operation. The closed housing and automatic protection function together ensure the safety and Stability of the equipment under long-term and high-load operation.

Steps
1. According to the viscosity and characteristics of the liquid to be stirred, select the appropriate Impeller and install it.
2. Install the stirring rod through the penetration hole on the instrument and adjust it to the appropriate position.
3, turn on the power supply, through the LED screen and knob Rotation speed coarse adjustment and fine adjustment settings.
4. Start the equipment, the motor will start softly, and the Rotation speed can be adjusted at any time as needed during operation.
5. After stirring, turn off the power, remove and clean the Impeller.
Notice
● Please make sure to use it at the allowable Ambient Temperature (5~ 40 ℃) and relative humidity (≤ 80%).
● Before use, please confirm that the Power supply voltage (100-240VAC) and Frequency (50/60HZ) meet the requirements.
● Impeller clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm, do not use beyond the range.
The device is equipped with overload and abnormal protection functions. When you hear a sound prompt or the device automatically stops, check the load condition.
Do not let liquids splash into the inside of the instrument to maintain the protective effect of the closed case.
Processing capacity is 60L, the maximum applicable viscosity is 80000mPa · s, do not exceed the limit.
● The bottom of the equipment is equipped with a non-slip pad, please place it on a stable countertop for operation.
