Principle
The overhead Stirrer uses a motor to drive the stirring rod and blade swirl/spin to mix medium and high viscosity liquids in the container. The motor has a soft start function to ensure smooth operation, and the stirring speed is precisely controlled by stepless speed regulation to adapt to the mixing needs of liquids of different viscosity.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the sample characteristics and install it.
2. Adjust the stirring rod to the appropriate height through the Impeller penetration hole and fix it.
3. Turn on the power supply.
4. Rotation speed coarse adjustment and fine adjustment setting through LED screen and knob.
5. Start the equipment to stir.
6. Rotation speed can be adjusted in real time as needed during the mixing process.
7. Turn off the power after stirring.
Notice
Do not use under conditions exceeding the Permissible Ambient Temperature (5~ 40 ° C) and relative humidity (80%).
● Power supply voltage is within 100-240VAC range before use.
Please ensure that the diameter of the stirring rod held by the drill chuck is within the range of 0.5 to 10mm.
The device is equipped with overload and abnormal protection functions. When you hear a sound prompt and stop automatically, check the load condition.
Pay attention to the non-slip pad at the bottom of the device to ensure a smooth placement.
● Impeller fixation requires a special wrench chuck to ensure fastening.
● Please select the appropriate Impeller and Rotation speed according to the viscosity (maximum 80000mPa · s) and capacity (maximum 60L) of the processing liquid.
When the equipment is running, do not put your hands or foreign objects near the swirling/spinning parts.
