HUXI RWD150E/20030048 LED overhead Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. It uses LED screen display, supports Rotation speed coarse and fine adjustment, can be adjusted during operation, and can handle high load and long-term continuous work. It has automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure laboratory safety.

Principle
The Stirrer uses a motor to drive the Impeller swirl/spin, which mixes medium to high viscosity liquids. The motor uses soft start technology to ensure smooth operation. The equipment has an automatic protection function for overloads and abnormal situations, ensuring safe operation through audible prompts and automatic stops.

Steps
1. According to the viscosity and characteristics of the liquid to be mixed, select the appropriate Impeller and install it.
2. Insert and fix the stirring rod through the penetrating hole on the instrument.
3. Turn on the power supply and set the Rotation speed coarsely or finely through the buttons on the control panel.
4. Start the device and the Impeller starts working.
5. Rotation speed can be adjusted at any time as needed during operation.
6. After the experiment, turn off the power, remove and clean the Impeller.

• Please make sure to use it at the allowable Ambient Temperature (5~ 40 ° C) and relative humidity (≤ 80%).
• Before use, please confirm that the Power supply voltage (100-240VAC) matches the local power grid.
• Impeller clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm, please do not use beyond the range.
• The device has an overload protection function. If you hear a prompt tone and stop automatically, please check whether the load is too large.
• Pay attention to the non-slip pad at the bottom of the instrument to ensure that the equipment is placed smoothly.
• When cleaning, do not let liquids splash into the inside of the instrument.
Do not place heavy objects on the instrument or perform unauthorized disassembly.
