Overview
HUXI RWD150E/20030049 LED overhead Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. It uses LED screen display, supports rough and fine adjustment of Rotation speed, can adjust Rotation speed during operation, and is capable of high load and long continuous work. The product has automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure laboratory safety.

Principle
The overhead Stirrer mixes medium to high viscosity liquids with an Impeller swirl/spin motor. The motor has a soft start function to ensure smooth operation. The instrument controls the Rotation speed through stepless speed regulation, and uses a closed housing and automatic protection mechanism to ensure safe operation.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the mixing requirements.
2. Install the stirring rod through the Impeller penetration hole and adjust it to the appropriate position without adjusting the overall height of the instrument.
3. Use a wrench chuck to secure the Impeller.
4. Turn on the power supply and set the Rotation speed coarse or fine adjustment through the control panel.
5. Start the instrument, the soft start of the motor starts to work, and the Rotation speed can be adjusted at any time during operation.
6. Turn off the power after the experiment.
Notice
• Power supply voltage in 100-240VAC range. Frequency 50/60Hz.
• Ambient Temperature of the instrument is 5~ 40 ℃, relative humidity ≤ 80%.
• When using, make sure the instrument is placed on a smooth surface and use a non-slip pad to enhance Stability.
• Note that the diameter range of the drill chuck clamping is 0.5~ 10mm, please do not use beyond the range.
• The instrument has overload and abnormal protection functions. In case of sound prompt or automatic stop, please check the load.
• The closed case can prevent liquid splashing, but it is still necessary to avoid direct splashing of large amounts of liquid.
• Please select the appropriate Impeller and Rotation speed according to the liquid viscosity (maximum 80000mPa · s) and container size (Processing capacity 60L).
When working continuously for a long time, please pay attention to the state of the instrument.
