Overview
HUXI LED Top-mounted Stirrer (model: RWD150E/20030050) is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. It adopts an top-mounted design, which is capable of high load, long-term continuous work, and has automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure experimental safety.

Principle
The device uses a motor to drive the stirring rod and the blade swirl/spin to mix the medium and high viscosity liquids in the container. The motor has a soft start function for smooth acceleration, and precisely controls the Rotation speed through a stepless speed control system to adapt to different viscosity and mixing requirements.

Steps
1. According to the viscosity and characteristics of the liquid to be mixed, select the appropriate Impeller and install it.
2. Adjust the installation position of the stirring rod through the penetration hole on the instrument.
3. Turn on the power supply and set the required Rotation speed through the LED screen and speed control knob.
4. Start the device and start stirring after the motor soft starts.
5. Rotation speed can be adjusted at any time as needed during the mixing process.
6. After stirring is complete, turn off the power, remove the Impeller, and clean it.
Notice
• Please make sure that the working Ambient Temperature is used within the range of 5~ 40 ℃ and relative humidity ≤ 80%.
• Before use, please confirm that the Power supply voltage (100-240VAC) and Frequency (50/60HZ) meet the requirements.
• Impeller clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm, please do not use beyond the range.
• The device has an overload protection function. If there is an abnormal sound prompt or automatic stop, please check the load.
• The instrument housing has a protective function, but it should still avoid direct splashing of large amounts of liquid.
• Please use it reasonably according to the Processing capacity (maximum 60L) and the maximum viscosity of the liquid (80000mPa · s) to avoid overload operation.
• Safety protection components such as non-slip mats are in good condition.
