HUXI LED overhead Stirrer (model: RWD150E/20030092) is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. It is capable of high load, long-term continuous work, outstanding performance, and automatic protection of overload and abnormal conditions to ensure laboratory safety. Principle
The device drives the Impeller swirl/spin through the motor to mix the liquid. The motor adopts soft start technology to ensure smooth operation. Its closed case design can effectively prevent liquid splashing and protect the internal circuit. The instrument has an automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions. It is prompted by the sound and automatically stops the operation to ensure safety.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the sample viscosity and container.
2. Install the stirring rod through the Impeller penetration hole and adjust it to the appropriate position.
3. Use a wrench chuck to secure the Impeller.
4. Turn on the power supply and adjust the Rotation speed coarsely or finely through the LED screen and knob.
5. Start the equipment, and adjust the Rotation speed as needed during operation.
6. After the experiment, turn off the power, remove and clean the Impeller.

• Please ensure that the Ambient Temperature is used within the allowable range of 5~ 40 ° C and relative humidity ≤ 80%.
• Note Power supply voltage range is 100-240VAC, rated Frequency is 50/60HZ.
• Impeller clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm, please do not use beyond the range.
• The device has an overload protection function. When it sounds and stops automatically, please check the load.
• The instrument shell has a non-slip pad, please place it on a stable table to operate.
• The maximum Processing capacity of this product is 60L and the maximum viscosity is 80000mPa · s. Please do not use it beyond the limit.
When cleaning, avoid liquids entering the instrument.
