Principle
The device mixes medium to high viscosity liquids with motor drive Impeller swirl/spin. Its enclosed housing and motor soft start design ensure smooth and safe operation, with precise Rotation speed control and adjustment via LED screens.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the mixing requirements.
2. Install the stirring rod through the Impeller penetration hole and adjust it to the appropriate position.
3. Use a wrench chuck to secure the Impeller.
4. Turn on the power and set the Rotation speed coarsely or finely through the LED screen.
5. Start the equipment and start stirring.
6. Rotation speed can be adjusted again as needed during operation.
7. Turn off the device after the experiment.

• Please make sure to use it at the allowable Ambient Temperature (5~ 40 ° C) and relative humidity (≤ 80%).
• Power supply voltage (100-240VAC) should be checked before use.
• Pay attention to the clamping diameter range of the Impeller (0.5~ 10mm) to ensure correct installation.
• The device has overload and abnormal protection functions. If you hear a sound prompt or the device automatically stops, please check the load.
• Do not operate beyond the equipment's nominal maximum viscosity (80000mPa · s) and Processing capacity (60L).
• When the equipment is running, please ensure that it is placed smoothly and use a non-slip pad to prevent sliding.
• Keep the enclosed case intact to prevent liquids from splashing into the inside of the instrument.
