Principle
The device is driven by a motor Impeller swirl/spin to mix medium and high viscosity liquids. The motor has a soft start function to ensure smooth operation. The instrument is designed with a closed case and is equipped with automatic protection for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure the safety of the experimental process.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the characteristics of the liquid to be stirred.
2. Install the stirring rod through the Impeller penetration hole and adjust it to the appropriate position.
3. Use a wrench chuck to secure the Impeller.
4. Turn on the power supply.
5. Set the required Rotation speed (can be coarse or fine adjusted) through the LED screen and speed control knob.
6. Start the equipment and start stirring.
7. Rotation speed can be adjusted in real time as needed during the mixing process.
8. Turn off the power after mixing.

• Do not use under conditions exceeding the Permissible Ambient Temperature (5~ 40 ° C) or relative humidity (80%).
• Power supply voltage in 100-240VAC range.
• Impeller clamping diameter should be within the range of 0.5~ 10mm.
• Note the maximum Processing capacity (60L) and maximum viscosity (80000mPa · s) limits of the equipment.
