Overview
HUXI RWD150E/20030082 LED overhead Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. This product is capable of high load, long-term continuous operation, and has automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure laboratory safety.
Features
1. LED screen display, Rotation speed can be coarse and fine-tuned, and Rotation speed can also be adjusted during the operation of the instrument.

Principle
The top-mounted Stirrer mixes medium and high viscosity liquids with an Impeller swirl/spin motor. The motor has a soft start function to start smoothly and prevent sample splashing. The device controls the stirring speed through stepless speed regulation to adapt to the mixing needs of different viscosities.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the characteristics of the mixed medium.
2. Install the stirring rod through the Impeller penetration hole and adjust it to the appropriate position.
3. Use a wrench chuck to secure the Impeller.
4. Turn on the power supply.
5. Set the required Rotation speed through the LED screen and the speed control knob (coarse and fine adjustment can be performed).
6. Start the equipment to stir.
7. After the experiment, turn off the power, remove the Impeller, and clean it.
Notice
● Please make sure to use it at the allowable Ambient Temperature (5~ 40 ℃) and relative humidity (≤ 80%).
● Power supply voltage range (100-240VAC) and rated Frequency (50/60HZ).
● Impeller clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm, do not use beyond the range.
The equipment is equipped with overload and motor protection functions (sound prompt and automatic stop), and the operation should be stopped and checked when prompted.
● Use non-slip pads to ensure stable placement of the equipment.
Do not let liquids splash into the inside of the instrument.
● Select the appropriate Impeller and Rotation speed according to the liquid viscosity (up to 80000mPa · s) and Processing capacity (up to 60L).
