HUXI RWD150E/20030083 LED overhead Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. This product is capable of high load, long-term continuous work, outstanding performance, and automatic protection for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure laboratory safety.

Principle
The overhead Stirrer mixes medium to high viscosity liquids with an Impeller swirl/spin motor. The motor has a soft start function to ensure smooth operation, and the stirring speed is precisely controlled by stepless speed regulation to adapt to different viscosity and mixing requirements.

Steps
1. According to the characteristics of the liquid to be stirred, select the appropriate Impeller and install it.
2. Install the stirring rod through the penetration hole on the top of the instrument and adjust it to the appropriate height.
3. Turn on the power supply, and perform rough and fine adjustment of Rotation speed through the LED screen and knob.
4. Start the equipment, and the Rotation speed can be adjusted in real time according to the needs during the mixing process.
5. After stirring is complete, turn off the power, remove and clean the Impeller.
Notice
• Do not use under conditions exceeding the Permissible Ambient Temperature (5~ 40 ° C) or relative humidity (80%).
• Before use, make sure that the diameter of the stirring rod held by the drill chuck is within the range of 0.5 to 10mm and tighten it.
• Note that the maximum Processing capacity of the device is 60L and the maximum viscosity is 80000mPa · s. Please do not use it beyond the limit.
• The device has overload and motor protection functions (sound prompt, automatic stop). If it is triggered, please check the cause before using it.
• Please use 100-240VAC, 50/60HZ power supply, and ensure that the anti-skid pad at the bottom of the device is placed smoothly.
When cleaning, please disconnect the power supply and prevent liquids from entering the instrument.
