HUXI RWD150E/20030084 LED overhead Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. It uses LED screen display, supports Rotation speed coarse and fine adjustment, can be adjusted in operation, and has motor soft start, closed splash-proof housing and other designs. Principle
The Stirrer uses a motor to drive the Impeller swirl/spin to mix medium and high viscosity liquids. The motor has a soft start function to ensure smooth operation, and the rotation speed is precisely controlled by stepless speed regulation to adapt to the mixing needs of liquids of different viscosity.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the characteristics of the liquid to be stirred.
2. Install the stirring rod through the Impeller penetration hole and adjust it to the appropriate position without adjusting the overall height of the instrument.
3. Use a wrench chuck to secure the Impeller.
4. Turn on the power supply and set the Rotation speed coarse or fine adjustment through the control panel.
5. Start the equipment, start stirring after the soft start of the motor, and adjust the Rotation speed as needed during operation.
Notice
● Please ensure that it is used at Permissible Ambient Temperature (5~ 40 ℃) and relative humidity (≤ 80%).
● Note Power supply voltage range is 100-240VAC, rated Frequency is 50/60HZ.
● Impeller clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm, do not use beyond the range.
The device has an automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions (sound prompt and automatic stop). If it is triggered, please check the load condition.
Do not allow large amounts of liquid to splash into the instrument, despite the protective design of the housing.
● Please confirm that the Impeller is firmly installed before use to prevent peeling during operation.
● Processing capacity is 60L, the maximum applicable viscosity is 80000mPa · s, do not exceed the limit.
