Overview
HAOXINDA MP-2B Metallographic polish-grinding machine is a key equipment in the preparation process of metallographic samples. It is used for the polishing and polishing process of the samples, and a mirror-like surface can be obtained. Principle
MP-2B Metallographic polish-grinding machine controls the grinding and polishing disc in the range of 50-1000rpm stepless speed swirl/spin through the frequency converter, combines metallographic sandpaper and polishing fabric to polish and polish the sample, and has its own chill down device to chill down the sample during the grinding and polishing process to prevent overheating from damaging the metallographic structure.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply to ensure that the voltage is 220V and the Frequency is 50HZ.
2, according to the need to set the grinding disc Rotation speed between 50-1000rpm.
3. Select metallographic sandpaper or polished fabric and install it on the polishing plate.
4, start the equipment, grinding plate can be clockwise or counterclockwise swirl/spin.
5. Place the sample on a grinding disc for polishing or polishing.
6. Use the built-in chill down device to chill down the sample.
7. Turn off the device after the operation is completed.

• Rotation speed should be adjusted within the range of 50-1000rpm.
