Overview
HUXI LCD top-mounted Stirrer (model RWD50/20030053/20030012) is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. The product adopts LCD display screen and self-locking chuck design, with automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions, capable of high load and long-term continuous work, mainly used in chemical synthesis, physical and chemical analysis, petrochemical, cosmetics, health products, food, biotechnology and other fields.

Principle
The LCD top-mounted Stirrer drives the Impeller swirl/spin through a DC brushless motor to realize mixing and stirring of medium and high viscosity liquids. The equipment adopts a stepless speed regulation method, and the torque can be automatically adjusted according to the viscosity change of the sample, ensuring stable operation under different viscosity conditions.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller and install it into the self-locking chuck
2. Rotation speed and Working time set by LCD screen
3. Working time can be fine-tuned as required
4. Start the equipment and start the mixing operation
