Overview
HUXI LCD top-mounted Stirrer (model RWD50/20030087/20030012) is an electric mixing equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. The product adopts LCD display screen, has automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions, and can be capable of high load and long-term continuous work. It is widely used in chemical synthesis, physical and chemical analysis, petrochemical, cosmetics, health products, food, biotechnology and other fields.

Principle
The Stirrer drives the Impeller swirl/spin through a brushless DC motor to achieve mixing of solid-liquid, liquid-liquid or medium and high viscosity samples. The Impeller is fixed with a self-locking chuck, and the Rotation speed is controlled by stepless speed regulation. The torque can be automatically adjusted according to the change of sample viscosity to ensure the mixing effect.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller and install it into the self-locking chuck
2. Rotation speed and Working time set by LCD screen
3. Stirrer starts working
4. Working time can be fine-tuned as needed during the working process
5. Turn off the power after stirring

• Power supply voltage within 100-240VAC range before use
• Ambient Temperature should be maintained between 5-40 ℃
• The relative humidity should not exceed 80%
The clamping diameter range should be between 0.5-10 mm
• The device will automatically stop and alarm when there is an overload or abnormality
• Do not use under conditions exceeding the maximum viscosity of 10000mPa · s
