Overview
HUXI LCD overhead Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. It adopts self-locking chuck and self-developed Cube lifting fixed clip design. The product is capable of high load and long-term continuous work. It has automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure laboratory safety. Mainly used in chemical synthesis, physical and chemical analysis, petrochemical, cosmetics, health products, food, biotechnology and other fields.

Principle
The Stirrer drives the Impeller swirl/spin with a brushless DC motor to mix solid-liquid, liquid-liquid or medium to high viscosity samples. With stepless speed regulation, the torque can be automatically adjusted according to the viscosity of the sample to ensure the mixing effect. In the event of overload, short circuit or abnormal situation, the system will automatically cut off the circuit and alarm to ensure the safety of the experiment.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller and install it into the self-locking chuck
2. Rotation speed and Working time set by LCD screen
3. Start the equipment and start the mixing operation
4. Working time can be fine-tuned as needed during the working process
5. Turn off the device after the experiment is completed

• Power supply voltage within 100-240VAC range before use
• Ambient Temperature should be maintained between 5-40 ℃
• relative humidity should not exceed 80%
• Pay attention to the safety of the chuck protective cover and non-slip pad
• Stop use immediately when overload or fault display occurs
• Impeller installation needs to ensure firm and reliable
• Do not use under conditions exceeding the maximum viscosity of 10000mPa · s
