HUXI LCD top-mounted Stirrer (model RWD50/20030088/20030012) is a high-end laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. The product adopts self-locking chuck and self-developed Cube lifting and fixing clip, which can handle high load and long-term continuous work. It has automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure laboratory safety.

Principle
The Stirrer drives the Impeller swirl/spin with a brushless DC motor to mix solid-liquid, liquid-liquid or medium to high viscosity samples. With stepless speed regulation, the torque can be automatically adjusted according to the change of sample viscosity to ensure the mixing effect.

1. Choose the Right Impeller Type
2. Install Impeller into Self-locking Chuck
3. Adjust the installation position of the stirring rod
4. Rotation speed and Working time
5. Start Stirrer for mixing operations
6. Turn off the power after the work is completed

• Power supply voltage within 100-240VAC range before use
• Ambient Temperature should be kept between 5 and 40 ℃
• The relative humidity should not exceed 80%
• Pay attention to the use of chuck protective cover and non-slip pad
• When there is an overload or abnormality, the device will automatically stop and display a fault
• Do not use under conditions exceeding the maximum viscosity of 10000mPa · s
• Impeller clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm
