Overview
HUXI LCD overhead Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. It adopts LCD display screen and self-locking chuck design, which is more high-end safe than LED series. The product is capable of high load, ultra-long continuous work. It has automatic protection function for overload and abnormal situation, which ensures laboratory safety. Mainly used for mixing of solid-liquid, liquid-liquid or medium and high viscosity samples.

Principle
The Stirrer drives the Impeller swirl/spin through a brushless DC motor to achieve mixing of medium and high viscosity liquids. With stepless speed regulation, the torque can be automatically adjusted according to the change of sample viscosity to ensure the mixing effect. In the event of overload, short circuit or abnormal situation, the system will automatically cut off the circuit and alarm to ensure the safety of the experiment.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller and install it into the self-locking chuck
2. Adjust the installation position of the stirring rod
3. Rotation speed and Working time
4. Start the equipment and start stirring
5. Working time can be fine-tuned as needed during the working process
6. Turn off the device after the experiment
Notice
• Power supply voltage within 100-240VAC range before use
• Ambient Temperature should be between 5-40 ℃, relative humidity should not exceed 80%
• Pay attention to the safety of the chuck protective cover and non-slip pad
• The device will automatically stop when overload or failure occurs, please check the cause before using it.
• Do not use under conditions exceeding the maximum viscosity of 10000mPa · s
• Regularly check the Impeller's status
